Our Story
In 2017, Carlos Domingo and Jamie Finn envisioned using blockchain technology to bring automation and liquidity potential to alternative asset classes. Recognizing that the technology didn't yet exist, they created Securitize. Securitize is the first fully digital securities issuance platform, enabling issuers to raise capital and allowing investors to access alternative investment opportunities quickly and transparently—bringing the two together in a way not previously possible.
